Over the last quarter century, Carroll & Lange - Manhard has grown from John Carroll and Jerry Lange's original vision of a civil engineering and surveying partnership for providing a balanced approach to design and constructability to a company with offices in 2 Colorado locations and over 25 staff members who still believe in the original vision.

Richard (Rick) Weed, PE - owner

Now led by Rick Weed, the successor to Carroll & Lange - Manhard continues the tradition started in 1984.
